MEET OUR DOGS
How we got here
What sparked our love for Labradoodles started with our love for Labradors. We had two wonderful labs that filled our lives with so much joy. Unfortunately we lost our boy, Drake at 13 yrs old and then our girl Bristol was left alone. After some time and research we decided to add a miniature schnauzer to the mix and Bristol was happy with a companion again! A couple years later we lost Bristol at 10 yrs old.
Then it was just Belle...
After a few years past we realized how much we missed having a big dog but really wanted something with minimal to no shedding. Belle doesn't shed so we were enjoying not cleaning up dog hair. It wasn't long before we came across the Labradoodle breed and knew it was just what our family needed!
Luna
Luna is our F1bb Labradoodle that has been DNA health tested and cleared of any elevated risk of 255 genetic conditions. She is over 2yrs old and about 47lbs.She has 2 sister dogs a Miniature schnauzer and another Labradoodle (who is actually her half sister) that she loves and gets along with great. Though she is part lab she does great around our ducks, chickens, and turkeys. She has the sweetest personality. She is unlike other big dogs and LOVES to be near you. At bedtime she will lie on my pillow with her head right next to mine to be close. She is great with our 4 children even when our 3yr old wants to mess with her food bowl while she is eating. She is a companion dog and truly enjoys our company just as much as we enjoy hers.
Raven
Raven is our 11 month old F1bb Labradoodle that has been DNA health tested and cleared of any elevated risk of 255 genetic conditions. She is one of Seamus puppies and shares a mom with Luna! She is BY FAR the calmest puppy we have ever had. As she has gotten older she has gained more energy and a want for play time but she has always been a lazy inside dog. She is the first to go to bed and the last to get up. Luna helps Raven get her energy out during the day as they love to wrestle. She is extremely smart and was housebroken very quickly. She has been a great addition to our family and we have loved every minute with her!
Seamus
Seamus is a standard poodle owned by our breeder whom we got both of our labradoodles from. He is the stud we used for Luna's pups. He has a great temperament and welcomed our family in his home with no problems. He is also great with other dogs and children as his home is filled with both.
Belle
Belle is our 7 yr old miniature schnauzer. She is too old to breed and doesn't have the most desirable traits but we love her just the same! She has always run along side the big dogs starting with Bristol and then now Luna and Raven. She is spunky and will put them in their place in a minute. She loves all the attent
